In This Weeks Handmade Product Spotlight

In the process of researching stores for our weekly “Handmade Product Spotlight” post, we look a many artists, their work and their stores. What makes choosing a specific artist to feature difficult is the number of great artists we see. This week we want to bring you one artist and her work that we feel really stands out. Her name is Diana Feldman and her store (Diana's Stained Glass and Jewelry Creations) contains a number of fantastic creation of Stained Glass and Jewelry.

She creates traditional tiffany style stained glass boxes, lamps, panels, sun catchers, and does custom designed stained glass, one of a kind fine jewelry and custom jewelry. She uses the lost wax casting process. We ask those we Spotlight to tell us a little about themselves. Not only does Diana have a flare with stained glass, she knows how to express herself very nicely.

“I have been doing tiffany style stained glass for about 4 years now. I learned stained glass in a small group at my church. I always wanted to learn stained glass so when the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance. I love every part of stained glass. The beauty of the glass as the sunlight hits it is just magical to me. It brings the piece of glass to life, like gemstones.
I love creating things with my hands. As a master jeweler for the past 22 years it's been with gold and gemstones and now lam able to bring my talents to the field of glass art. It's my passion to create beautiful things. In the coming months I will be making more creations in fused glass and leaded glass windows so keep checking back!”

As you can see from the examples above, Diana knows her craft and we look forward to seeing many additional great pieces appear in her store over the next weeks and months. We encourage you to visit her store (Diana's Stained Glass and Jewelry Creations) yourself and pick up several of her creations. Diana also has a blog ( which we believe you will find very interesting.
